Staying local

I do love my parkrun tourism but it’s harder these days to get away for trips than it used to be. Having said that, it’s not often I stay completely local and run at Livingston parkrun like I did today!

Home for a shower then over to Iain’s. Trying to get organised for our holiday next week so had to take over all my holiday stuff to pack in his case.

Then both back to mine for a chilled night in.
