Beauty is all around us.

A garden view from the conservatory.

The 4th Sunday of Lent.

Mother's Day.

The Feast Day of Saint John Climacus. A Syrian, he became a monk at the age of sixteen at the monastery of Mount Sinai. This Saint wrote a book in the 6th century called The Ladder of Perfection.

This is one of his prayers:
"Rule your own heart as a King rules over his kingdom, but be subject above all, to the Supreme Ruler, God himself."

I could not be happier this lovely sunny windy Mother's Day morning. 9c.

God has blessed us with a marvellous dry morning here in our small town of Rishton,

The garden view, is to appreciate all the revival of Spring and Mother Nature.

The main celebration today is to honour Mother Mary our Heavenly Mother who intercedes for us and has great holy power in Heaven. The maternal Love and great graces given by God to Mother Mary because She is the Mother who birthed our Saviour, are uniquely Divine and Her's alone, to gain great benefits and deliverance from Jesus for repentant sinners.

My Mother is in the next world. I remember her with love and respect.

Maria, our daughter is driving home for a few hours.

Enjoy this beautiful Mother's Day and thank you for visiting my site, blip friends.
