Nightmare Journey

Crowborough to Telford in just over 5 hours!! After being up at 5am for an unexpected trip to London, back home at lunchtime writing a report on the train as he travelled, leaving home at 3pm and traffic, roadworks, diversions, an allergic reaction while on the motorway, more traffic and a wee stop, we have finally arrive at the Telfird Holiday Inn and they tell us that we haven't paid for the rooms when we are sure we have. We're tired, hungry and decidedly unhappy and to add insult to injury the bathroom light is broken and keeps flashing. Just trying to prove we've prepaid before we find something to eat. Poor Andy he just needs to sleep!
