A Wall Urchin? ..... Or A Tribble?
Not what I planned to post, but I thought it was something a bit different. The whole house was covered in them.
I am reliably informed that they are something to do with insulation.
My plan was to post a picture of a Snakes Head Fritillary
Thanks Meles for making me go and look in the garden - I was wrong ... there are quite a few and different colours. However, the Grape Hyacinth are very disappointing and those that have flowered only have a handful of blooms on each 'head'.
We had to collect Bags and SIL at lunchtime and take them to the station at the other side of town. They were hitting the town for posh food and drinks.
After dropping them off we went to see about buying a new venetian blind. That was a bust!
SWMBO got a call from No1 son this afternoon (he never misses Mother's Day). During that he brought up the old 135mm lens I had mentioned when we were down there. He has changed his camera system and was basically on the scrounge. I think I can afford to let him have it ... I have a much newer one which is easier to use.
There was a bit of last minute 're-organising' this afternoon. Tomorrow the work starts in the ensuite to completely gut it and make it far more 'user friendly'. The plumber is due to arrive at 8am!!!
