Happy Birthday Mary

Because I adore Mary Berry, and I am a bit of a nutter at times, I had to stop on my way home from work to buy cake to celebrate her 90th. I think a nice Victoria sponge would have been a bit more fitting but the pink doughnuts were on yellow sticker and I think Mary would have approved of the thriftiness! Shed a tear watching her One Show special, what a woman! D obediently raised a tea cup to Mary and has come to accept this sort of thing as standard behaviour now!
