A little while ago I had read on our village community page about some bunches of daffodils which were going to be left in various places for people to pick up. I had forgotten about it completely until we walked round to see our son, daughter-in-law and the girls today and found this bunch of beautiful daffodils on the ground at the end of their road. Such a lovely surprise!

The extra are the cards which I got for Mother’s Day. My eldest granddaughter made the one on the right. I also got a lovely ‘Treatbox’ from my daughter which had some socks, bath salts, flower seeds and chocolates in. My sons clubbed together and bought me a voucher for the local spa between them which I will look forward to using.
