Choy Sum

One of several stems of Choy Sum that caught my eye when the Sussex Peasant made their weekly visit to our village yesterday, this one looked simply too good to eat when preparing Sunday Lunch today.

I will probably eat it raw before too long - the flowerheads of this (as with most Brassicas) are deliciously tangy when in flower
