Honesty with beastie.

So it's summer time and the clocks have gone forward.. It's milder today and the sun is shining but, n spite of all this, I have lain on the sofa reading and watching the iPlayer totally guilt free. I've meant to go to M&S since Friday but haven't  and am pleased  that I have eaten perfectly healthily nevertheless.  Some gardening has been done and I had a chat with Emma and Courtney while I was out. They've been going ice skating and she's just beginning to find her feet.
