Mothering Sunday

Instead of the traditional flowers at church today it was decided to make this cake for everyone to share. We also gave out bats if chocolate which were from Tesco surplus at Christmas . It was lovely to see the sunrises look on the hacked faces at coffee time. It is such a oricikege at times to serve coffee. I love serving at the church
Last night the surplus food was not picked up as W fell asleep.
We had lunch with the assistant pastor today along with another couple whom we get I'm with very well. It was a lovely time together.
