Steven and I made afternoon tea for Mum and Kelly this afternoon. When I told mum she wasn't impressed; her response was oh well least I will see the boys. I wonder why I grudge this day! 

Steven used to train with Chris Hoy and has been watching him on Instagram promote his Tour de 4 race in September. It is to make people aware that even with stage 4 cancer some people still can be active. There are different races for different abilities, geared for if people with stage 4 can't do the full one they can do laps of the velodrome.  He will be raising money for cancer. Steven decided to sign up for it and get his road bike out and buy the equipment to train indoors. 
The race will start at the Chris Hoy velodrome in Glasgow and will be 37miles. 
He joined Chris and others virtually  doing a race yesterday morning through an app. 
Harris is loving his cycling club and did a road race last week and is signed up for a mountain bike one soon. He's got a while til he reaches these pedals though.
