Mother’s Day

A really nice day. Kathy came over this morning and it was good to catch up, she’d been on a course for 3 days and only got home last night.
Not pleased with Morrisons home delivery. They keep sending good discounts to encourage shopping online. I really prefer going to the shop but it seems a shame to miss the discounts. They didn’t deliver last night - slot booked between 9 and 10. No apology, just ‘unforeseen circumstances’. Had to drive to Kirby Muxloe just after 7 this morning to buy milk for tea. Then an email arrived - they had the nerve to ask me to click the button ‘order again’ - I didn’t.
