CHURCH & GODSTONE.

I got a cab down to KJD's church this a.m., I'm not sure I should have gone as I still felt really rough ( I'm sure I wasn't contagious , just really feeing rubbish) & full of sinusitis & headache & ? Upper respiratory infection, but not sure ! However it was a lovely Mothering Sunday service, blip shows there wonderful stained glass East window & the great little posies for the mum's.
When A came ( late of course!!!) We went to Godstone, we hadn't visited for about 12 months? it was a lovely afternoon. Guess what Mr Whippy the Ice Cream van arrived at the same time & A was like a child , parked the car & purchased 2 , cornets 99's
Hey ho even though I'd made sandwiches the Ice Cream had to come first!! Well A had his sandwiches I declined, it was all I could do to eat the I. / C. Still it was a welcome cuppa I'd made.
Thought the reflection in the water made a good photo.
