TRASH ART

Art project turns beach trash into art. Among the tons of found detritus:
"The U.S Army Corps of Engineers is asking members of the public to report sightings of the yellow plastic tubing that has been washing up on Cape Cod beaches and beyond since last summer.
Known as shock tubing, it was used to transmit a charge to underwater explosives during a Boston Harbor dredging project that ran from June 2021 to January 2022."
