Is it a Fleaf? Or a Lower?

On White Rabbit day the two(?) of you will remember I blipped this very plant, on account of the fact that the odd tends to leap out and grab me.

What I hadn't noticed at the time, so stricken was I by the colours, that the stalk I had in shot carried a "normal" flower, topped by an abnormal leaf. All the others have a stalk topped by a leaf or a stalk topped by a flower. This oddfellah has a stalk with a flower 1/2 way up it and an "Fleaf" on top.
