Well tonight I was back training my team after a couple of weeks off after being away for a few weeks working!

Gave them a really hard session and even made one of them sick!! Hehe!! Too cruel I know!

But finished the session with a quick shoot for the #1bigsmile promotion on the special Olympics website! Only 19days till the games!!!!
