76 “oldbones”

No trombones blaring to mark my 76th, but morning birthday began with a trip with Z ( who was on an overnighter here) to the nearby bakery. After breakfast we took a walk together at Tryon creek state park enjoying all the trilliums that are out in force . Also saw some Oregon grape and salmon berry flowers which grandson Z photographed for this collage.
We watched some afternoon sports , Z cleaned out out vacuum, then went to son’s home for a delicious cake made by Z and super yummy milkshakes M made as requested!! Then we all played the hilarious game of telestrations . My ole 76 yr old bones didn’t need any trombones as we did it up in style . I enjoyed several nice calls from brothers and friends and even a call from Ohio blipper Skip! Nice text messages too and all were appreciated .
