Pappy

I had an appointment with the Sleep Clinic this morning, this was a follow up from a 4 week trial using a CPAP machine.  The evidence is there, Marie has not heard me snoring, my Aponea and Hypoaponea has gone from 38.9 incidents per hour to 0.0-0.2. and a number under 1.2. Today I was reevaluated and purchased my own machine with another follow up in 3 months. The results todate after 4 weeks. Marie can't hear me snoring, I wake up fresher sometime wake thinking it's time to get up to find out it's 2am. Now we will see if I can improve my O2 sats.
