Wonderful.

One of the residents in the facility I visit every second Monday with Maggy has a cuckoo clock.  I don't know why but I am fascinated with it.   I was lucky enough to be in her room at 11 am this morning.  Maggy was enjoying the pats so it was easy to stay and be there when it hit the hour.   Doors at the top opened, and the cuckoo came out (he is out in this shot) and cuckooed 11 times.  He zipped back behind the doors and then the water wheel in the bottom rotated, the deer frolicked and the people looked on.  I loved it.

She doesn't remember where she got it from.  I wondered if it was a souvenir from a trip but it remains a mystery for her.
