A job half done.
It seems that white Eggs are kept on the same Shelf as Hens' Teeth and a more acceptable "Rocking Horse Manure".
I've not researched it - SO - have no idea if brown Eggs are any cheaper to produce; or does Mrs. J. Publick think they are healthier, or taste any different from white ones?
For whatever reason, PLUS the fact that Bunker's Hill only has brown ones. Stage 1 - A vinegar bath. It removes the outer layer of colour; I've not risked trying for full white - yet. Stage 2 - Dying "Pace Eggs" Correctly Pasche BUT who says "Pass chee" Eggs?
