Synchronome, finally running

It seems to be currently losing 0.5s/day, fairly reliably, which is pretty good for a mechanical clock.  You want it to lose slightly because you can only make the pendulum shorter with the weight tray (just visible above the lower bit of mechanism which might be for switching mains).
