Worth the wait

Tonight Bundle took us out to Le Royale a local bar/café/restaurant which has an excellent reputation and always has to be booked in advance. The choice is for a combined starter and main course served very decoratively on a single large plate composed of charcuterie, salad, vegetables and cheese around a main course choice of steak, duck, prawns or cod. It works very well. It is only a small establishment so there is a wait while all the fresh ingredients are assembled. Mrs TT does not like waiting for her food....
