Train back home this afternoon, and timing meant that my Dad and I had lunch at the Bar Convent. We both opted for the toasted cheese scone with cream cheese and fig relish, which was delicious.

I’m still being very cautious about lifting things post surgery, so have booked passenger assistance for the journey to lift my small case on and off the train which has been great.
