Coming on a treat, except one head that is looking sorry for itself.

In other news....

1. Car in for a major service and an MoT (passed! an advisory on the brake discs, so getting that sorted. Often wondered if that is a wee scam, its not broken but open to subjective interpretation).

2. Dog walk, a modest 5702 steps.

3. To the doctors, renew my meds.

4. Did my knee in, there won't be many more steps today! Got it strapped up and slathered in some expensive tube of gel that promises to numb.

5. Hot Pot for dinner.
