Propagation
What a glorious couple of days, and it's due to continue. How exciting. I've spent these days at the allotment and in the garden.
Some work is due to start in a few weeks, so I've been keen to get all the veg plants out of the house and settled into the greenhouse before then. Fingers crossed it's not too soon.
This fabulous propagation chamber is meant for growing microgreens, but I've found it very useful to kick start some difficult seeds. I'm currently trying parsnips and poppies. Poppies normally like cold, but my frozen seeds failed, so I'm going off piste.
MiL had her 2nd face op today to check they got all the cancerous cells out. They gave her mild sedation, which wasn't part of the original plan. The scar is horrendous. I can't begin to think how well it will heal. Fingers crossed. She has been a wee trooper over this, wee poppet.
