At rest

Unusual blip for today. We have the big spring tides this weekend and lots of people came to see the high tide - which is odd as there is nothing special if there isn't windy weather and if there is windy weather then it's too dangerous to get close to it! Saint-Malo was all over the TV and I think the still air and gentle lapping of water quite wasn't what people were expecting...

Anyhow my sister-in-law and her partner came for lunch and we went for an Indian and I enjoyed it but didn't need dinner later on!

Today's blip is the fluffy one at rest on the beach. After lunch we took him for a walk and a vain attempt to burn off some of lunch. While the tide was high in the morning - in the afternoon it was low and went out for a couple of kilometres and made for a very large empty space. The dog had a great time running and sniffing, and in the blip I've loaded he had come to a rest as he'd seen another dog and was doing the sit down and then we can play thing that dogs do. I took one picture and then he briefly looked at us while I took this one.

So here I present a rare sight - a poodle at rest - you wouldn't think he'll be seven next month - he still runs around like a puppy and is interested in everything and everyone still!
