MOTHERING SUNDAY

These wonderful two men (my babies) are what made me a Mum. I’m so lucky to have them.

It was a Mother’s Day in 2 parts. I lovely service at church in the morning. Mum came down by taxi; which was a real effort for her, J&D joined me as a surprise and my special friend Kim was there too. We were squashed up in the pew but it was great to be squashed with the love of our nearest and dearest. (unfortunately O had to work)

Then it was back to the build and gardening

In the evening The Rev and I travelled up to London and met up with J&D and O&P. They had arranged a table at a Lebanese restaurant. It was busy and a bit noisy as it was also the end of Ramadan but the food was fantastic. Just being together as a 6 is precious. tomorrow P returns to India for 12 weeks
