Exercise machine

I’m getting ready for a surgery on my foot so we are getting our house in shape, being mindful to remove throw rugs and other things that may be a trip hazard.
We decided to bring my trike inside so I could exercise my knees and feet after surgery. The back wheel of my trike in this picture is on a trainer allowing the wheel to turn and stay stationary at the same time. I can read or watch television at the same time. Or I can post my Blip as I am turning the wheels of my trike just now!
