"COLOUR THEM BLUE"

My Colouring Book" This song was probably the first sheet music I ever bought and I think it was sung by Nana Miscouri. (probably wrong spelling).

The above Agapunthus is the first bloom out of six and I'm really chuffed because last year we only had two.

We bought the plant from the Taunton Flower Show two years ago and it wasn't cheap. Last year I returned to the same specialist and asked him for advice. I was told to feed with a liquid feed every two weeks prior to the first bud. So it has had Liquid Tomorite and sure enough, oodles of large buds.

It had to be a quick blip today as I mentioned yesterday, I knew it was going to have to be a 26 hour day. And as I type this message, Matthew is waiting to get ready for bed.

Quick mention: The unusual flower stalk I blipped of the Magnolia Gigantia, I realise now why it looked so unusual. I saw some buds on the same bush today and what I saw before was the remains of the flower. I will return next week and see if I can catch the bud in full flower.
