Stillness within the Chaos

All transitional periods offer chaos before the stillness.

I'm right in the thick of chaos (moving house).

The challenge lies in finding the stillness within the chaos.

My therapy room offers stillness. This is my sanctuary, where I go to rebalance and re-centre.

There is always an eye within the storm, and eye will find it!
