Dew

We've had some dry weather of late so some work has been done to the front lawn today.
The Head Gardener wants a wild meadow-type lawn. We've never really committed to that so it looks neither neat nor wild. Today (with all relevant permissions in place) I will mow the grass and scarify it. I shall then await further instructions on the Head Gardener's return from Norway.
By 1pm all the dew had evaporated. It was our warmest day yesterday, 17.0C. Just 1C overnight.
