Tuesday

A walk and a sit outside for coffee/tea this morning with a friend. This cafe was the first one we found in lockdown that opened for takeaways and has been a favourite ever since. But this morning I was charged close to £7 for a tea and a coffee. A huge jump. 

Back home, lunch, dishes then I went to sit in the park. 
My peer support is still away and today I suddenly realised that when she comes back I will only have another 2 or 3 wks with her. 
I am still so stuck in life and I had hoped the volunteering journey could have been started by now, but I don't know if I am ready.
