Cutting
Deseeding a pomegranate is a a job best done out of doors. I was making a fesenjan, slowly, as I like to. And most of my day was spent out of doors - it was (yet another) gloriously sunny day.
The dogs and I were up early and out in the forest, and then we did logs and D has thrown balls for them out in the garden (the used tennis balls arrived not a moment too soon).
This afternoon I sat in Karen’s sunny garden and we chatted about life and death.
And now it’s time to eat that aubergine fesenjan :-)
