Luna enjoyed her walk at Felixstowe despite not being allowed on the beach due to it being cordoned off for nesting birds.
There were two container ships on Berths 8 and 9 (these berths accommodate the larger vessels) the MSC Mariella and the OOCL Felixstowe.   Both are 400 metres long and can carry over 24,000 containers, the Mariella's gross tonnage is 236,184, and tomorrow she's off to Algiers, the Felixstowe's gross tonnage is 234,341 and tomorrow she'll be heading across the North Sea to Zeebrugge.
