Art at the Palace

A pleasant trip round the Government Palace. President Correa opened it up to the public a few years ago but he still uses it so there is high security and occasionally no access to some areas. We found this painting quite striking (it's about 3m high!). The tour was all in Spanish so didn't catch the artist's name. ¡Lo siento!
