Sumburgh Razorbill

A lovely day, mostly spent on the cliff tops at Sumburgh Head.  The good weather brought lots of auks to the cliffs - huge numbers of guillemots, lots of razorbills (see the picture), and even one or two puffins (their first fleeting visit of the year).

I expect to be back tomorrow to spend a bit more time with the puffins.
