Rocks and rolling again….

All go today. A wee bit manic this morning for a while.
The contractor sent Mathew up with a big trailer to collect some of the fertiliser that got delivered last night . I was busy loading him when a lorry arrived in with an IBC of formalin to be unloaded, then the dykers arrived in needing some ton totes of sand unloaded up in the field where they are repairing some of the many holes .
Got all that done then sent Kev down the road with the remainder of the 23 tons of fertiliser that’s needed to do all the spring barley fields.
I then set about spreading fertiliser on barley fields up here.
After lunch I swapped tractors and rolled the 40 acres of spring barley and spring oats behind the steading. My 2 terrorist copilot’s were getting fed up by the time I got finished though.
Hopefully it will stay dry tomorrow so I can get the fertiliser spread on it.
A quick dog walk with Mrs F before it got dark then nipped down the road to fill up the Jerry cans with petrol.
Ho hum, never ending expenses….
