Forsythia in the sun...

I always feel spring has officially arrived when the forsythia blooms, especially on sunny days like today.  I just wish it bloomed for longer.

Today has been lovely.  After lunch we spent the whole afternoon in the Gin Palace putting the final touches to the interior.  New lights, photos that make us smile, cushions and candles to name a few.  Also took note of some things needed including a new rug, now ordered.

We had an early dinner as D was singing in the evening.  I had a snooze then started working on a crochet project that I've been thinking about for a couple of weeks. More on that another day :-)
