Administration for a Healthy America or AHA

The acronym seems apt for the latest massacre of a government agency that was in charge of health and human services: 20,000 people lost their jobs — 10,000 of them today and they found out when they reported to work and their ID cards no longer worked. Classy, eh? I guess that’s not a word that would ever be used for the people in this regime or their actions… more and more it reminds me of Russia.

Thousands of scientists fired by the new head of AHA who does not believe in science or vaccines. He actually stated that the 1918 pandemic was caused by the flu vaccine (pssst: it wasn’t created until the 1930s, you moron!).

So among the agencies who were cut or disbanded: the CDC (center for disease control) who manage epidemics/pandemics both here and abroad (think Ebola); the FDA (food and drug administration) who make sure that the food chain is regulated and sound and who test and approve new meds, and the NIH (national institute of health) which is the premier research organization for health matters in the world. All this at a time when measles is making inroads in several states across the US…

In the meantime and on the “lighter” side of news, Dear Leader was very upset to hear that Le Pen was convicted of embezzlement and now unable to run for anything for the next 5 years. He thought that was terribly unfair to her and he empathized saying he was treated the same way. Except he is a convicted felon who is actually running the goddamned country: he can’t even keep his analogies straight…
