~Tear Down~

Spent several hours at Jeff’s today. Had to set up appointments with Cardiologist, Gastroenterologist, occupational and physical therapist. Not an easy task with being on hold and playing phone tag.
Upset up his meds for a week and did his laundry.
Brought him a dinner and lunch and some healthy snacks. I have a call out for meals on wheels for him so hopefully I’ll hear back tomorrow on that.
I even found 2 hours for Picklball.
