Every year
Every year I photograph this camellia as it looks so stunning against the blue sky. It has been in a tub for very many years and seems to have survived well. We make sure it is kept watered and it is regularly fed.
There is more colour in the garden now, but sadly all my tulips have disappeared, confirming my thought that the holes in the flower beds were dug by squirrels who apparently have a taste for tulips.
I have been blipping for twelve years now, and it is a way of life. It is so enjoyable reading everybody’s journal and I feel I really know some of my fellow Blippers and consider them friends. Sadly I don’t get out nearly as much as I used to, so I do miss a few days, but I am determined to keep it up. Many thanks to the volunteers who maintain this brilliant concept.
