Zip Wire Fun

What a beautiful blue sky day , after work went with a friend to the spa for a swim it’s the first time I have been since I had my surgery I have booked to go a few times but then cancelled for some reason.
My arm has been bothering me a  little lately so we didn’t swim too much and it was really busy in the pool.
