Taking No Chances... Leitz Summicron 50mm DR

Following on from this sketch a few days ago, I thought it was prudent to make a mock-up of this joint.  I found a basswood scrap - easy to work - and cut the joint which holds shelf corners to legs secure and square forever.  The step and notch at front and side are covered with walnut strips which hide my tracks entirely.
The Extra shows the stepped corner joint - so I have a record of what I did...
