Springtime

This wee brown bird was singing its heart out on top of our beech hedge this morning. When I had a closer look I was surprised to see it was a dunnock. We have been feeding a couple of dunnocks all winter. Usually they are skulking around at ground level trying to look invisible. This last week I've seen two at a time at the ground feeder. I think romance is in the air.
