A first

I threatened to dig up our plum tree the other day unless it finally flowered. We've had it for several years (7?) but there's never been a hint of blossom before.

It must have heard, as we've finally got a (few) blooms! I've got my fingers crossed that this is just the start, and that we get at least one fruit this year and more in the future.

Had a super busy day. A bit stressful but kind of in a good way. H and I had a snacky dinner made up of leftovers from Book Club last night, as I hosted.
