A full on but enjoyable day in the sunshine. Areobics and then straight to book club this morning. A very interesting discussion about Metronome by Tom Watson. All of us found it a difficult and depressing read  but lots of themes for discussion. Anyone read it? 
Late breakfast and then as we had to collect some things from our son's house, went for a wander and picnic lunch at Sheffield Park.
Home to enjoy the last of the sunshine on the terrace (NE wind  = we are sheltered by the building).
