The Old Police Station

Walking the streets in town today (on my way to get my pedicure) I had a few minutes to kill.

Actually, I went five minutes early to allow myself enough time to get a blip - don’t we all do that?

I knew the old police station house was there, but what actually caught my eye was the two boot scrapers built in either side of the door.

Callum says quite a few houses he’s seen on his dog walks round Saltburn have got them. I never knew that they can be part of the building, rather I thought boot scrapers were a stand alone thing. 

You learn something new everyday.
