Photographers

Last month I went to Geraldine Photography Club to help a group that have the same Sony cameras me. That evening, most of them used Auto all the time, sometimes AV or the other ready made settings.  I showed them and encouraged them to get used to using manual.  
This afternoon we had a followup at Timaru's Botanical Gardens.  We had such a fun time, and only two said that had used mostly Manual. I'm very happy to say that the others left this afernoon fully in manual ;  one in particular was so excited that she in her words said "I've got it".  
We worked on different DOF for different situations and they were doing some beautiful flower photography using shallow DOF, they were very happy.
It seemed to be appropriate that I used some of the group as my blip today.
