It was all....

Our Council comes in for a lot of stick.  However their management of many of the flower beds in and around the town has garnered a fair bit of praise.  This bed filled with primroses and hyacinths brightens up the town centre adding a big splash of colour to an otherwise quite drab spot. Of course, the sunshine helps, but the flowers are simply superb.
