Spotted in the garden

The first Speckled Wood Butterfly in our garden in 2025.

What a beauty.

Unfortunately I have a toothache and had to got the dentist- antibiotics!
Not my usual Dentist. It was a real “I wouldn’t start from here moment” as she pointed out all the problems in just three adjacent teeth!


Watched the Endeavour episode Sway on ITV3 this afternoon. It’s so good it was little like being hypnotised.  At the end I wasn’t completely sure what year it was - oh dear it’s 2025
