Gold!
.. of the Marsh variety!!
Probably at its best right now, spreading across the pond and seeding itself in other parts of the garden and in the other pond.
No complaints there!
The butter burr is also peeling through , though this will have to managed as it’s a thug!
It seems to have opened up very quickly due to the weather, which is lovely , but at the same time the garden is so dry and many daffodils seem to be finishing very quickly!
I’ve already watered the garden and pots twice in the last week!
Alicia face timed very excited that she’s finished school for the Easter holidays and doesn’t need to set her alarm!!
Her alarm clock is a new addition to her bedroom!!
She was also keen to tell me about her school lunch!
Roast chicken, roast potatoes and lots and lots of vegetables!
I must admit I was very impressed!!
A day of pottering, the dreaded housework .. and this and that , that already I’ve forgotten!
